  • Minimum internal size for entry = 500 sq metres

  • Entries welcome from any part of the UK
  • All buildings receive an assessment visit and a Cleanability Star Grading certificate

  • Overall gold, silver and bronze winners
  • Prestigious awards luncheion on Monday 12 July at Guildhall, London
  • Awards being presented by the Lord Mayor of London
