Any commercial or public building of any age, with an internal floor exceeding 5000 square metres.

Buildings satisfying the entry criteria may be nominated for a Building Cleanability Award by any of the following:

  • Architects/Surveyors
  • Building occupiers
  • Designers
  • Property development companies
  • Construction companies
  • Property management companies
  • Refurbishment companies
  • Facilities management companies
  • Building owners
  • Cleaning contractors
